10x20 ft , 20x20 ft, 20x30 ft

ACCESS is 24 hours day, 7 days week, 365 day a year, weekends & holidays

24 HOUR VIDEO SURVELIENCE- feel Safe and Secured.

Parking is easly accessible to studios for loading and unloading.

A/C in all studios

Typical Landlord /Tenant Relationship.

Move In cost is 1st month rent with equal deposit.

Deposit is fully refundable upon room condition and return of keys.

Your move in date is your rents due date each month.

Two month min. Tenant and Management agrees to 30 days notice in writting is required upon return of the unit.
NO OVERNIGHT PARKING * NO LIVING ON PREMISSES * NO PETS * NO DRUGS
No Parties although there is an occasional "Saurez".

* ALL RENTALS REQUIRE DEPOSIT
*STUDIO Only No BACKLINE (PA Only) = $18.00 Hr
*STUDIO WITH BACKLINE= $25.00 Hr
with Engineer additional fee of $5.00 per hour, 3 hr minimum
Studio with Equipment: AMPEG SVT with 10 8" cab,
100 watt Marshall slant half stack, with Pearl 5 piece
Drum set, House cymbals available for rental ask for pricing.
No Engineer. With engineer additional charge of $5.00 Hr.
24 HR CANCELATION NOTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
(none cancelations are subject to full price of rental session).
